Meteorite: Perfect Material for Wedding Bands

Gibeon meteorite is known for its durability, beauty and relative rarity. Thanks to modern technology, meteorite is carefully inlayed into wedding bands.

About Gibeon Meteorite

Gibeon meteorite is composed primarily of iron and nickel, with trace amounts of germanium, phosphorus and iridium. Every meteorite ring we sell uses material sourced from the Gideon meteorite field located in Namibia, Africa. This meteorite material is over 4 billion years old.

No Two Meteorite Rings Are Alike

Since each ring uses genuine Gibeon meteorite, the pattern is different in every ring. Gibeon meteorite is recognized for its distinctive patterns and intersecting lines. These are called Widmanstatten lines. Dips or small concaves within the material are common, as well as microscopic pockets or holes, and occasional black pinpoints similar to carbon spots in a diamond.
