Almost perfect for my watch

I love this little medal. I wear it on my watch. This is my second one. The first came off and I have not found it. The O ring attached to it will open up if pulled too hard. On a watch that can happen putting on or taking off a coat and many other ways. My fix (I hope) on the new one was to squeeze the ring so the ring ends cross each other. The opening is too small to add a second ring. I would
