Website indicated discount prices and delivery within 2 or 3 days. I requested a gift box. Items were sent in a brown paper bag,no gift box, and included invoice from your supplier indicating price I was charged amounted to a 100% mark-up - hardly a discount. Delivery took two weeks. Contact with your customer service representative, Justin, was futile and hostile.
