Our son, Wyatt, chose St. George as his patron saint for Confirmation. So many of the medals I found on other sites were just plain ugly or lacking detail - including the most expensive medals! I purchased this as a gift for my 13-year-old son, who had received a St. George medallion at summer church camp, but had subsequently lost it. My son was thrilled with it and loves the detail of the design, in particular the dragon. He wears it every day and never removes it.
