The first charm sent to me was scratched. However, the customer service was awesome! I just called and she told me not to worry they would send me a brand new charm and I didn't have to worry about returning the first one. The second one was perfect! I loved the charm and the engraving was beautiful! Our granddaughter loved it. It was a perfect addition to her charm bracelet.
