PROBLEMS AT CHECKOUT
Billing Information Errors:
Here are some helpful suggestions if you receive one of the following error messages when you check out:
Error Message 1
"The CSC/CVN (Card Security Code/Card Verification Number) Code you have provided does not match the code on your credit card."
If you receive this error, please ensure there are no typos or spaces in the code. This is required for
fraud prevention and for your protection.
Error Message 2
"The billing address zip code you provided does not match the zip code on your credit card account."
If you receive this message after you have attempted to submit your order, you may want to check the following:
- Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings with your name, street address, city, state, and zip code.
- Verify that your billing address on your credit card bill is EXACTLY the same as you have entered.
- Call your issuing bank to ensure that your bank has recently updated their online transaction database.
In some cases, the address they have entered into their online address verification system is outdated.
- You may want to try an old address, because in some cases, it takes awhile for banks to update their information. Addresses up to two years old can be authorized successfully.
** Please be aware that with each submission, you may place another hold
on your funds for the total amount of the order. In many cases, submission
with a valid credit card number with an incorrect billing address will
still result in a hold on your account. If this occurs, please note that
those authorizations will drop off your account within 2 - 4 business days
depending on your issuing bank. Please contact your bank for further questions.
Error Message 3
"There was a problem connecting to the credit card authorization service. Please try back at another time."
On rare occasions, the issuing bank verification system or our partner online verification system is down.
At these times, no authorizations or transactions can be processed. Please note that these outages
can last for a few minutes to an hour. No authorizations or holds on your funds will be processed
and nothing will be charged to your card. We recommend that you attempt to place your order again
in an hour or contact our JoyJewelers.com Customer Service department at 1-877-JOY-JWLR [1-877-569-5957].

To redeem an advertised promo code, please enter the code at the bottom of the
"Your Shopping Basket" page. Then click on "Complete Your Order"
to proceed to the "Check Out" page. If you do not enter the code on the
Shopping Basket page, you will not receive its benefits.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Credit Cards & Check Cards
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and check cards or ATM cards,
as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed
above. You may safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server,
which encrypts all submitted information. Sorry, we do not accept COD.
Paying by Check Card
If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or MasterMoney Card enter it as if it was a regular credit card.
Joy Jewelers does not currently support the Verified by Visa program.
You can still use your Visa credit card as payment for an order, but you won't be asked to enter your Verified by Visa password.
Paying by PayPal®
We are pleased to accept PayPal®. Select the PayPal® payment option when you check out, and
follow the directions. You will be redirected to PayPal.com. Be sure to return to the Joy Jewelers' website to print your receipt.

Please make money order payable to Joy Jewelers.
All money orders require 1-3 business days additional processing.
Please use the online ordering system and select "pay by money order" when you checkout.
You will receive an email receipt with instructions for mailing payment. DO NOT SEND CASH. Joy Jewelers is not responsible for payments lost in transit.

TAXES & DUTIES
California Sales Tax
We charge 8.25% sales tax for all items shipped to the State of California. We do not charge
sales tax for items shipped to other states and provinces.
Canadian Taxes & Duties
Jewelry imported to Canada is subject to the Goods and Services tax [GST] of 6%. We do not collect
this tax on behalf of the Canadian Border Services Agency [CBSA]. Our Canadian
customers must pay this tax and any other applicable fees [customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees]
when jewelry is received. All such taxes, duties and fees are the sole responsibility of our Canadian customers.

PRICING DISCLAIMER
Despite our efforts, a small number of the items on our
web site may be incorrectly priced. If a product is listed
at the wrong price due to typographical, photographic,
or technical error or error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, Joy Jewelers retains the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the
incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our listed price,
we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our listed price,
we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error
and order cancellation. You may, of course, purchase the
item at the correct price.

transactions. All customer information is encrypted and passed
securely to us.
When you are ready to complete your order, you'll have the option to

SHIPPING
All jewelry items are shipped through Federal Express, United Parcel Service or US Postal Service, First Class Insured. Please allow one
to two business days expected delivery time, plus manufacturing and processing time.
All orders are subject to credit and address verification. For your protection, all
FedEx and UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.
Canadian customers: We ship to Canada. All prices are listed in US dollars.
You may be charged a duty, please consult with your local customs office
for further details. If a duty is applicable, it is your responsibility to pay it.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
**Post Office Box Addresses: Our current shipment regulations do
not allow shipments to P.O. Box addresses.
**International Addresses: Due to our manufacturer distribution agreements,
we are not permitted to ship products to addresses outside the Continental US,
Alaska, and Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.
**Saturday Delivery: Is only available on in-stock items, not
requiring ring sizing or personalization. FedEx Saturday delivery is
not available in all areas. Please contact FedEx at 1-800-GO-FedEx
(800-463-3339) to find out if it's available in your area before
choosing it as your preferred shipping method. UPS Saturday delivery is
not available in all areas. Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS.

MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Limited Lifetime Warranty against factory defects in materials and
workmanship. Warranty is voided on rings that have been reset or if labor
has been performed on it by anyone other than factory personnel. For as
long as the customer owns the ring, the ring will be serviced at no
additional charge.
Customers can add a new stone to a previously purchased mother's ring
for a nominal charge of $15.00 plus the market value of the stone. Customer must pay shipping
and handling charges (add $15.00) to and from the factory for this
service. Please call customer service at 800-569-5957 to arrange the return of any item for repair or warranty service.

REPAIRS, EXCHANGES
Customers can add a new stone to a previously purchased ring, exchange
the ring for a new size, or change the color of the ring or the
stones for a nominal charge. Customer must also pay shipping
and handling charges to and from the factory for this service (currently,
return shipping is $15 through 2nd Day FedEx).

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Joy Jewelers is happy to replace a gift with another selection or refund the
credit card used for its purchase.
Return Policy:
- Please contact us via our online customer service page to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN#).
You must have a RAN# in order to return an item.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must
be accompanied by a copy of this packing slip, along with
your RAN#. Joy Jewelers does not accept returns after the 30th day item was received. All returns received after the 30th day will be sent back to the customer.
- Restocking fee: For items priced less than $100, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for all returns or exchanges
that are not due to manufacturer error. For items priced $100 or more, there is a $15 restocking fee for all returns
or exchanges that are not due to manufacturer error. Exception: 20% re-stocking fee for titanium rings with inlays.
- You are responsible for any shipping and handling
charges incurred. We can only refund shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error or defective merchandise.
- Returns must be in original package and in NEW, saleable condition.
- The following items may not be returned unless received damaged: price-matched items, clearance items, mother's rings with engraved names, mother's pendants with engraved names, platinum rings with engraving, tungsten rings with engraving, and sized moissanite rings. These rings and pendants are custom made to order and cannot be returned.
