Masonic Scottish Rite Rings

The Scottish Rite is a Masonic organization that continues a Master Mason's education of the first three degrees. The Scottish Rite consists of the 4th through 32nd Degree and an honorary 33rd, which is awarded for exceptional service. Please note, these degrees are appendant and do not signify greater rank or superiority among Masons.

The Scottish Rite 14th Degree ring always features an equilateral triangle and the Hebrew letter yod, the first letters of Jehovah in Hebrew (yod he vau he). On gold and silver rings, the interior engraving is the 14th Degree motto, in Latin: Virtus Junxit, Mors Non Separabit (Virtue has united and death shall not separate).
